Family Constellations Therapy
Family Constellations Therapy is a powerful and experiential healing method that reveals and resolves hidden dynamics within a family or ancestral lineage that may be affecting your current life, health, or relationships.
Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, this modality blends systems theory, family therapy, and indigenous healing traditions to work on the deeper layers of the human psyche.
At its core, Family Constellations is based on the understanding that we often unconsciously carry unresolved emotional wounds, traumas, or patterns from our family system, sometimes passed down through multiple generations.
Family Constellations works on the soul level of healing. It addresses deep unconscious loyalties and energetic imbalances that influence our lives.

Dr. Valena is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with 30+ years of experience and a subspecialty in Brain Injury Medicine. His personal recovery journey after a stroke in 2011 deepened his passion for blending science and spirituality in healing.
He is certified in Energy Medicine (Four Winds Society) and completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine (AIHM). Dr. Valena's work explores modalities such as shamanism, hypnotherapy, and psychedelic healing. As co-founder of Golden Hill Retreat Center in Texas, he bridges modern medicine with ancient wisdom to empower holistic transformation.
Dr. Valena also co-created the “New Earth Healers” YouTube channel to share insights on natural healing and mind-body wellness.
